Carla and Tony hit the streets of Newton Kansas in 2002. Carla is a Belgium Malinois and was imported from Holland.  Tony and Carla are also members of the departments’ Emergency Response Team.  Prior to having Carla as a partner Tony handled another K-9, Carlo.
